1st Runner Up

What a great surprise!  Our team took 1st Runner Up position at the Startup Weekend Twin Cities (SWTC) competition.  There was a lot of great competition and it was a honor to be chosen second from the 13 teams that competed.  Teams were formed through attendee interest and voting from the 39 potential ideas that were presented.  We all made some good friends from the 94 attendees and learned a lot.

While it was not defined, the sponsors and judges distributed the prizes to the second and third place teams as well.  We won the following:

• Six months of free hosting with ipHouse
• Consulting services from the MOJO agitators
• One year subscription to the Curation Station
• One year free membership in the MHTA (Minnesota High Tech Association)

Our team met again after a week’s rest and developed plans to move forward, hoping to get an initial working system available in a couple of months.
